Martin beach is south of Half Moon Bay. It is tricky to access. Martin Beach used to be open to the public. Now the community put a gate to block the traffic from highway 1. Photographers can still park off the highway and walk into the beach. One day I was able to capture some incredible images after the whole afternoon rain. As soon as we got on the beach, the sky turned gold color, it was spectacular!
This is a perfect place for an hour photography getaway, a hidden gem around Half Moon Bay.
