Foster City was built on the water, a city that was inspired by Venice, Italy. The ocean water was diverted into the city through master planning. Around the city, there are so many spots to shoot. The best way to plan is to use Google Map first to find your way around depending on whether you want to shoot sunset or sunrise.
My favorite time to shoot is sunrise time as the water is usually almost still at the early morning time. I was lucky to capture a dreamy look of soft cloud and sky as shown in the first photo.
